What I'd Do if I weren't Afraid

- Write into publications.
- Sign up for theater audition.
- Buy a ticket to Paris after graduation.
- Tell my parents what exactly I want to be in future.
- Tell Ifo that I've got a crush on Nick Fadden.
- Call my best friend to tell how much I miss the way we used to be.
- Cry when I need to cry.
- Learn fashion design and be like Jane Quimby.
- Throw a slumber party at my place.
- Travel alone.
So those are sort of things that I'd do if I weren't afraid. How about you? Come on, let's tell the world. Kindly paste the image above and list down the things you would do if you weren't afraid. Just for fun. Anyone of you, especially those from The Awesomes list. ^^

There will Come a Time

When I heard about someone's going through a breakup, I wish I can give them a hug like the one above. Strangers, classmates, celebrities, best friends. anyone.
I want to hug and tell them it'll be okay, that their hearts will smile again.
But I know it's hard to believe that. I know what it's like to feel absolutely left out in the cold and sometimes you just have to cry.
I also know: that the sun does come back. That you'll get butterflies over new boys. And that on the 1st date, you won't think of your ex. not one bit. That one day you'll wake up genuinely happy about what's ahead. That you'll find love and your heart does heal.
There are extraordinary things waiting for you. You have no clue what God has in store for you. Things must fall apart, twist and turn sometimes to lead you to the exact place you're meant to be. with the exact person you're meant to be with. Trust me.
And there will come a time, you'll see, with no more tears. And love will not break your heart, but dismiss your fears.Get over your hill and see what you find there,With grace in your heart and flowers in your hair.- Mumford and Sons

The Best Way to Shake Off Stress

We've heard about many typical ways to manage stress. How many of us do really put them into practice? Well, exercising is actually the perfect way to release stress. And I've found some simple and cute steps of stress-releasing exercise. Let's do this.
Step 1
Of course, breathe...inhale, exhale..
Step 2
Relax your neck and shoulders by doing this:
Step 3
Swing your arms and strike a pose!
Step 4
Move your body to the right, then to the left.
Step 5
Move again to the left and right again. Yeah that's right.
Step 6
Swing your arms lightly like you're going to fly without troubles.
Step 7
Shake your body a little bit, you know, to shake off the problems.
Step 8
Be aggressive! Throw your body away like nobody's watching. You can jump if you want.
Step 9
Turn your head around..
Step 10
Grab somebody and loosen up together. It'd be nice if you turn up music.
Step 11
Dance like Hawaiian hula girls.
Step 12
Last but not least, raise your hand up to sky and say "I am awesome!".
LOL. You can try these steps at home, office or anywhere. I hope you'll be free from any kind of stress. Heeeee......
Good luck, be happy and have a great weekend! ^^

All the Happiness

I somehow find that little kids are such remarkable resources for wonderment and ideas (such as now, as in writing :p). I love listening them talking so expressively and excitedly about things like their drawings, toys, favorite cartoons, etc.
It's not that I'm ready to have kids, duhhh. I've got 7 nephews and 4 nieces, 5 of them are still little, and the girls have been so close to me. I'm an observant, even at home. I see how they play and talk among them, which leads me to understand how their minds work.
I know this is just one of the finest thing. But I wish we're able to foster that child-like wonder in life, rather than becoming jaded, less satisfied by the most simple of things. I'm not saying that we have to act like kids. That's not what I meant. It's a perspective that we can look when uninspired, disinterested and hardened by trials of life.
It's easy to become cautious and weary of life. Being an adult comes with a lot of stress. Since we can't turn back the clock, I think it's important to keep the child-like trust and happy-go-luckiness alive within ourselves.
I hope you get yourself in awe this weekend and find excitement in something we usually find so normal. And I hope you could laugh like a child, a laughter that comes from your heart, healing your pains and worries with every gasp and squeal of happiness.
I wish you all the happiness. ^^
