Like a Crescendo

Had a picnic at the beach with my friends yesterday on Labor Day. It's a simple picnic; KFC combo, mats, ukulele, volley ball, frisbee and  music. Simple yet sweet. :)

For whatever reason, I've always found the most clarity either while I'm at the beach or while I'm with my loved ones. Maybe it's something about the inevitable stillness in those situations, or maybe it's because they sometimes feel like movie moments. Like they deserve a soundtrack with indie songs and some kind of giant, fill-your-heart crescendo (found this phrase in a book I was reading..lol).

Either way, just a day at the beach and it became very clear: Life is good.
(despite the fact that I'm having a flu now, life's still good)
So how's your day? ^^

From Aemy's Lab: Gulai Kawah

dream kitchen

My favorite part of my house is the kitchen. Hi-5 if we have thing in common. ;)
Yep, I've been spending a lot of time in the kitchen these days; not just eating, but also cooking. I'm not a great chef, I don't know all the recipes in the world, but I really love cooking. It's such a joy. I think if you're a food lover, you should love cooking too, right? I like trying new recipe and new ingredient. The kitchen is my laboratory. And I love reading food blogs, chef bloggers' especially, browsing food photos, watching Food Network (Ina Garten, Giada De Laurentiis and Bobby Flay are my favorites) and searching new recipes. Did you watch Julie And Julia? Isn't it a wonderful movie with wonderful casts?! It has inspired me so much to start blogging about cooking. I actually wanna wait until I own a house with cute kitchen. But I don't know when will that happen..so I guess I can just start blogging like Julie Powell anytime..except, I don't have Julia Child's book.

Few days ago I cooked gulai kawah beef. It's like curry, but I didn't use the curry paste, instead I used a special powder mix for gulai kawah that my dad bought from his Kelantanese friend. Traditionally, this dish is cooked in a large cooking crater and usually for big feast or ceremony. But we can also cook it at home for few servings by only using a regular saucepan. So this is how Chef Aemy do it, lol (I've never wrote recipe before, so I don't have the exact measurement, I mean, I just use the ingredients as much as I please..heee..).

Ingredients:
Beef. People commonly use tenderloin, but I use the bones because they really give distinctive flavor especially in broth.
Gulai kawah paste.
Herbs and spices (cinnamon, bunga cengkih, bunga lawang, buah pelaga, ketumbar).
Kerisik.
Coconut milk.
Brown sugar.
Tamarind water.
Ground garlic and onions.
Chili paste.
Ground ginger.
Ground turmeric.
Ground lengkuas.
Potatoes.
Salt and sugar.

Method:
1. Heat the saucepan, add oil and stir-fry the herbs and spices until the aroma is apparent. Add grounded ingredients and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
2. Add gulai kawah paste, chili paste and kerisik, cook until fragrant and the oil separates.
3. Put the beef meat and bones into saucepan, add plain water, and cook them until the beef get tender.
4. When the beef is tender, add coconut milk, a little bit of brown sugar and tamarind water. Adjust the taste with salt and sugar. Add potatoes.
5. Let it simmer for a while. Serve when it's ready. You can put some garnishes like some chili or parsley.

That's it! ^^

10 Seconds of Fame

I'm officially graduated!! Yay!!!

*fireworks*
*confetti rain*

Well, it's just an ordinary graduation ceremony. But it's probably the onetime experience, so I wanted to feel the moment. Yes, it's fun, but it's also tiring and exhausting! Plus I only ate a couple of sandwiches that day. I skipped lunch and regretted it. We waited for 2 hours before parading into the hall. The parade was my favorite part..it's glorious, you know..when you walked on red carpet into the hall and everyone's watching and applauding, accompanied with orchestral music. Oh it's wonderful. But the excitement faded a while as we had to wait for another hour before being on stage. When it's time, I could only hear my heartbeats. I went up stage, my name's mentioned, I know I was on the screens, faced the chief minister of Sabah, smiled at cameras, took scroll, said thanks, and went down smiling. That's all. 4 years of study and 10 seconds of fame. Lol!

Exiting the hall, I ran straight away to find my lovelies. The 1st ones I met were Ifo, Jasper and Selvin. They brought me flowers! Then we went to meet my family and they had flowers for me too. I felt blessed. Being hugged and kissed by mum and dad was the most touching moment, nothing could make me happier than seeing them happy and proud. Despite the fact that I was famished and exhausted, I was glad. Unfortunately I didn't get to meet most friends after leaving the hall, we're all separated by the crowds and couldn't find each other. Everything was so brief. I wish I could see them and say goodbye because it might be difficult to meet again.

The next day was Ifo's turn. I loved it how charming he was in suit and robe. We're finally graduated together. ^^ I got to meet his family and take pictures together. The whole Baks was also there so hey, it's a party! We took as much pictures as we want at the chancellor lawn, went crazy together. Then we took off for lunch, played bowling and decided to stay at Lan's place while waiting for concert night at UMS. So we had karocks and watched Pee Mak that made me almost cry. After that we headed to Tamu Gadang and had dinner there. It's not really a cool place because it's too crowded and smokes were everywhere. And the concert was just okay..there's Azlan & The Typewriter, and a band that tried so hard to be like Paramore..whatever the band was, they performed Still Into You at slow tempo and Conspiracy. I was disappointed as they ruined the songs.

We kinda made a history that night when a woman approached us and asked to help her finding her 2 little sons that were missing at Tamu Gadang. So we split up and looked for the kids, but we didn't find them..others did. Someone sent them to the stage and made announcement. Phew. Glad the kids were safe. Then we escaped from the place and went to the peaceful sports complex. Looking at the huge field, I recalled the orientation moment dancing on the field during our 1st week in campus 4 years ago. It felt like yesterday. Now we're leaving hogwarts and going forward to the new chapters.

Well, it's an amazing night. It made me realize how blessed I am to be surrounded by wonderful people; my family, friends, Ifo, the Baks, bloggers, etc. Hmm, cliche huh? And being a part of the guys is great, I'm always happy whenever they're around. I may be the wallflower in any other place, but I'm the flower in the group. :)

Daydreaming All the Time

Well, most of you know how much I love Paramore, right? So imagine how crazy I become when a new music video by Paramore has released. Yesss!! They have released their new music video for my favorite song, DAYDREAMING. Let's watch:

Ain't it wonderful? The video is as beautiful as the song. That's why I love Paramore! They know exactly what their fans needed to listen and watch. At least for me. The video turns out better than what I expected. In case you're wondering what I've been dreaming of all day, all night, the video would tell you.

I love all the shots; countryside scenery, a small town as trains pass through, and the band triumphantly rocking out onstage. It's about real life of someone who's counting down the days until they can get out on the road and see a different part of the world that they've been dreaming of themselves. I love it not only for the great work they've made, but also for the message they left. I may haven't experienced it yet, but I know that going to a concert is really expensive. You have to pay the ticket, flight, hotel room, train, cabs, etc. But in the end, it's all worth it. Not just seeing your favorite band, but it's sacrificing every single day by saving money and it's also a great experience with your friend by making a long trip and staying together. I think this video is a tribute to the fans. Thank you, Paramore.

And for the record, I love how they got into an accidental detour to the band's dressing room, peeking through the door, Hayley saw them, smiled and waved. It's this part that I really really adore:

Ain't she pretty?! Oh I wish I was one of those girls. Someday. Someday I will be that girl who's marking the calendar, counting days, getting on flight, joining the crowd and screaming "Paramore!!".
It's my dream.

DAYDREAMING lyrics

Living in a city of sleepless people
Who all know the limits and won't go too far outside the lines
Cause they're' out of their minds.
I wanna get out and build my own home
On a street where reality is not much different from dreams I've had
A dream is all I have...

Daydreaming, daydreaming all the time
Daydreaming, daydreaming into the night
And I'm alright

Creep past the hours like the shorter hand on the clock
Hanging on a wall of a schoolhouse somewhere
We wait for the bell
And we dream of somewhere else

Daydreaming, daydreaming all the time
Daydreaming, daydreaming into the night
And I'm alright

Not that I won't remember where I'm from
Just don't wanna be here no more
It's not enough
(We're only half alive)
I'm gonna go
(We're only half alive)
Where the rest of the dreamers go

Where the dreamers go

Daydreaming, daydreaming all the time
Daydreaming, daydreaming into the night
And I'm alright
Daydreaming, daydreaming all the time
Daydreamer, we used to be half alive
Now I'm alright

Who's Dictating your Life?

We can't jump off bridges anymore because our smart phones will get ruined. We can’t take skinny dips in the ocean, because there's no service on the beach and adventures aren't real unless they're on Instagram. Technology has doomed the spontaneity of adventure and we're helping destroy it every time we Google, check-in, and hashtag.

I hope you are all understanding yet skeptical of that. There's both good and bad that comes of social media, but you must decide what extent of sharing feels right for you and what brings you true happiness. I must confess that I hope your phone doesn't dictate your life. I hope that when you're out exploring and when you're out with friends, it stays in your pocket. Just remember that the best moments can't be captured by a status update, and that no one knowing about your most amazing experiences doesn't invalidate such moments. I'm actually writing this just to remind myself. Have a good life. :)

The Fangirl Moments

Today I didn't do much things and didn't go anywhere, was just staying at home, reading tweets and watching TV instead. But, it was a wonderful day and I'm very excited of these 2 things that came up today.

First off, I got to see 'NSYNC reuniting and performing live on stage on MTV VMA 2013 this morning. It was sooooo good to see them back together again. Really, it felt like the old times. I've always wanted my 90s back, that's the best era, you know. And it's absolutely the night for the President of Pop, Justin Timberlake. I loved it how he dove into a medley of his hits including SexyBack, Like I Love You, My Love and Cry Me A River, followed by a not-so-surprising performance of Girlfriend and Bye Bye Bye by ‘NSYNC. And that's where I screamed.

Congrats to Justin for winning The Video Vanguard Award, also known as the Lifetime Achievement Award, which is given to musicians who have made a profound effect on the MTV culture, something Justin has done so many times. It's touching when Justin dedicated his award to ‘NSYNC. Ironically, Britney Spears, his most famous ex, was the last artist to receive the award in 2011. Other winners include the Beastie Boys, Madonna and Janet Jackson. I'm so proud of my teenage crush. I love you, Justin. You'll always be my crush. :p

Annnnnndd second off, oh gosh, I don't know how to put this into words. Well, I actually know. Okay here we go: THE FAULT IN OUR STARS IS NOW A MOVIE! Have you read the book? No? How could you not read the awesome book? Dude, you gotta get the book now and read it. Don't wait till the movie comes out to know the story, it'll be less fun.

It's written by deary John Green, who was just posting a picture of the set of the film via Instagram. And I am so psyched! So the film will be casting by Ansel Elgort (newcomer, I guess) and Shailene Woodley (played Alex in The Descendants). Oh gosh! It's like a dream come true. I did wish that the book will be filmed someday. I can't believe it's happening. Finally..Hazel Grace, Gus, phalanxifor, An Imperial Affliction, etc..are now real. You'd know what I'm talking about if you read the book. :p

By the way, click here to read my review of the book: Aemy's Review on The Fault In Our Stars.

Things That Just Aren’t Fair

1. Some people are born into families and circumstances which, despite their clearly limited talents or abilities in any given field, will yield the kind of opportunities and luxuries that most of us will never experience.

2. Many people throughout your life are going to start off with the promise of good friendship and real understanding, only to quickly reveal themselves as a friend you can only engage in shallow, superficial interactions with.

3. The perception that a lot of people in life have is going to hinge on your appearance and how cool you seem to them. They won't be interested in you as a person, even if you treat them with nothing but respect and compassion.

4. Sometimes your crush will not be interested in you, and will pick someone else over you who doesn't share their interests, or know them on as intimate a level as you do. And that’s likely exactly what they are looking for.

5. Even when you follow the recipe, sometimes it’s going to come out tasting and looking horrendous.

6. Sometimes the thing someone chose to study in school ends up proving very useful and relevant, and they have a smooth transition into a nice job that they like, even if they have what is perceived as a pointless degree.

7. Sometimes the thing someone chose to study, despite being a very good investment by almost all measurements, yields almost nothing in the way of job prospects upon graduation and leaves them feeling like their whole education was a waste of time.

8. Job applications/cover letters/resumes may often not be read or even opened, no matter how hard you worked on them.

9. Because they're from a generation that never lived with the kind of job market and debt that we currently face, the judgments and comments of older people in your family or community are something you’ll never really be able to get rid of.

10. There are certain people who are incapable of keeping secrets or taking in personal information without rendering judgment, and sometimes you don’t know who they are until it’s too late.

11. Some people who have the things you've always wanted but haven't found (a loving relationship, a successful career, a beautiful apartment, etc) are not going to appreciate them. They won’t take care of them the way you believe they should.

12. People will say “I’m broke” when they just mean “I spend too much money and I should really go to fewer brunches this week,” and you are actually broke.

13. The days you painstakingly plan often end up being a bust or a mild disappointment, while the evenings which just kind of pop up out of nowhere become the nights you remember forever.

14. Sometimes public transportation will seem out to screw you over personally, and you will end up late to something important, and no one will really believe your story about the subway, then the bus, then the bike share. So you will have to live in your multi-layered frustration all by yourself.

15. No matter what it is you choose to do with your life, how you want to make money, or who you want to be in love with, you are going to be upsetting someone. There is going to be someone who looks at your life, even when it has absolutely no bearing on their own, and feels personally affronted enough by your decision to be an asshole and make disdainful comments about it. This is only a poor reflection on them, and realizing they don’t matter as quickly as possible is the best course of action you can take.

Sweet Evil in the Cup

From the alarm clock to a traffic jam on your way to work or you-know-where, there are many pretty morbid experiences in the morning. Embodying these morning moods, here's an idea for you to literally throw in some skulls into your morning coffee. Yep, you can make that coffee 100% sinister by adding these amazing skull and cross bones sugar cubes to your cup. These skulls are created by the brilliantly creative mind and fingers of designer Snow Violent.

Can you imagine looking down into your coffee and having the skull staring back at you? You watch as the bones float and bob in your cup slowly dissolving in the murky darkness of your cup. Now that's the way to start the day. Lol. But make sure your guests know your sense of humor before you sweeten their coffee with these. :p

Make Gifts for People

John Green is an American author and video-blogger extraordinaire. He has written the best-selling novels including Looking For Alaska, Paper Towns and the recent, my favorite, The Fault in our Stars. ^^

Hey June

Well, despite the bad start........

Hey June, don't make it bad
Take a sad song and make it better
Remember to let me into your heart
Then you can start to make it better

Hey June, don't be afraid
You were made to go out and get me
The minute you let me under your skin
Then you begin to make it better

And anytime you feel the pain, hey June, refrain
Don't carry the world upon your shoulders
For well you know that it's the fools who play it cool
By making their world a little colder

Hey June, don't let me down
You have found me, now come and get me
Remember to let me into your heart
Then you can start to make it better

So let it out and let it in, hey June, begin
You're waiting for someone to perform with
And don't you know that it's just you, hey June, you'll do
The movement you need is on your shoulder

Fast in My Car to Future

I've been smiling all the time since last Thursday. How couldn't I, when Ifo got me this:

Imagine my reaction. Man, it's an awesome feeling! Oh I'm really in love with this guy.

So, yeap, I'm loving this album. Paramore have grown plenty in their music and they never fail in creating monster choruses. I adore their ability to blend genres..with songs swirl with hints of R&B, country and hard rock. Here's a little review of the album tracks.

#1. Fast in My Car - this album starts with a rebellious anthem. "been through the ringer a couple times" Hayley opens, "I came out callous and cruel". The music fits the lyrics perfectly.

#2. Now - "if there's a future, we want it now". It recalls their Misery Business jam long ago, but's surely a progression on their rebel pop sound.

#3. Grow Up - this has more of a fun bounce to it than the anger like in 1st two songs. Still, some mild irritation presents.  "I'm not a little girl no more," she sings after drying her tears and realizing she's got to drop some old friends to progress as person.

#4. Daydreaming - this track's a sweet cut about building a world that matches the ones constructed in fantasies. It's not as whimsical as its subject matter, but solid nonetheless.

#5. Interlude: Moving On - this 90-second gem is a simple one, featuring acoustic strums on the guitar, while Hayley coolly kisses off an old flame. "I could be angry, but you're not worth a fight" she sings, "and besides I'm moving on".

#6. Ain't It Fun - "ain't it fun living in the real world". It asks sarcastically to a spoiled brat discovering that the world doesn't revolve around them. Some xylophone taps and choir-like bridge make it more than your average rock song.

#7. Part II - fyi, this song's the sequel to Let the Flames Begin from Riot album. "I will catch fire to let your glory and mercy shine". She's ready to sacrifice her happiness for others.

#8. Last Hope - "the salt in my wounds isn't burning any more than it used to". It's suggesting that the lack of new pain is encouraging enough to believe that brighter days are coming.

#9. Still Into You - my favorite track! This is love anthem, fit for couples that have been together for a good while through ups and downs.

#10. Anklebiters - while hip-hop community calling naysayers as haters, Paramore calls them anklebiters, folks who prey on other people's actions. "Someday you're going to be the only one that you've got," she sings to those that should rely on their own thoughts and not what anklebiters are saying.

#11. Interlude: Holiday - with an ukulele, it's a brief cut about maturing from a high school kid to an adult, then enjoying some time off. "I don't plan on coming back," she sings nonchalantly and smoothly.

#12. Proof - just as I'm nearly dozed off on previous cut, they kick back in with a rock song where she takes her man deep-sea diving, with only love acting as their safety gear.

#13. Hate to See Your Heart Break - this is one of the lone ballads in the album and almost feels like a country song. Hayley walks down memory lane and sings about how love can hurt all. "Love happens all the time, to people who aren't kind and heroes who are blind."

#14. (One of Those) Crazy Girls - here she plays the role of a girl that refuses to be broken up with, threatening to break into her ex's home so that she can "go through your closet so I can smell your skin". LOL.

#15. Interlude: I'm Not Angry Anymore - another ukulele ditty where Hayley wavers between being bitter and sweet.

#16. Be Alone - this is about how her and her other half should be alone, together, I guess. Because she sings "we could be alone and never get too lonely".

#17. Future - encouraging listeners to keep looking ahead and following their dreams. It's a proper end to the set, gentle and aggressive all at once.

Munich, Germany

Santorini, Greece

Verona, Italy

Prague, Czech Republic

I'm not sure what I'll do, but..well, I want to go places and see people. I want my mind to grow. I want to live where things happen on a big scale. - F. Scott Fitzgerald

The Moment I Could not Forget

Manila Trip: Day 4

It's not really surprising when the shop assistants spoke Tagalog to us, thought that we're Filipinos and said that we look like ones. We're typical Asians after all. I've learned some Tagalog words and basic phrases from my friend, Lan (the guide of our trip, it's his 2nd hometown), such as makgano (how much?), maraming salamat (thanks so much), magandang araw (have a nice day), magandang umaga (good morning), pagod ako (I'm tired), ingat (take care), counting numbers, and so on. It's really fun to learn new language. ^^

After brunch, we went to Robinson and shopping at some stores. Bench store was my favorite one and I bought a lot from there; dress, bags, fragrance. I really love the design, quality, fabric, and I only looked for Philippines' original brands. Despite being the only rose among the thorns, I had no problem shopping with the guys. Besides, sometimes they needed me to choose for them. Here I also found some bizarre foods like balut (fertilized egg with a fetus in it) and deep fried 1-day-old chick. Ugghh..

deep fried 1-day-old chicks

the last jeepney

By taking MRT, we went to Baclaran again and headed to MOA by a jeepney. That's the last time I rode a jeepney. I must say that jeepney's the coolest transport so far. I loved it and miss it already. In MOA, we watched Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters. The cinema's way awesome than GSC or any cinemas I've ever been. The hall and screen were larger and hey, no censored scenes. Needless to say, I had to close Ifo's eyes with my hand at one scene where Mina was completely naked with Hansel at rock pool.

After the movie, we rushed out to catch the "moment". Yes, we made it this time. We saw the sunset of Philippines and embraced the moment. That I will never forget. ^^

so do you think this is romantic? :p

screw the camera

Then we went to Kultura Filipino to buy some souvenirs and OMG I really loved the shop. It's not an ordinary handicraft shop. Everything's beautiful and attractive. They resembled the cultures and traditions of Filipinos, which amazed me. I wanted to buy a very beautiful purse, but when I saw the price, I let it go and bought souvenirs for my family instead.

Since it was the final night of the trip, we made it count by having fun at Star City, a theme park. So we played and rode all that we can. The funniest was when we entered the ghost house and mummy's tomb. I thought I was the only that'd be scared, but the guys were scared too. :p There's this kind of laser light in the ghost house that turned our faces into ghosts. Dude, it's damn scary. And then when the other people came to us, we thought they're ghosts because of the horrible faces. So we screamed and ran to exit gate. Lol. The rest of the games were as common as we have at Genting Highland. I felt regret riding the last game because it made me absolutely dizzy. Glad I didn't vomit in the air.

we were up there

had so much fun ^^
(from left: Selvin, Lan, me, Ifo, Russel, Jasper)

The night's ended with the final hangout at hotel's cafe. I miss that so much. :)

How Many Times has the World Ended?

The 7th semester of my degree has ended yesterday. Here comes the holidayyyy! Heeee...
Today was great, I was hanging out with Ifo and our dear friend Lan at his shop in Sulaman Central. Actually we're doing this public interview about 3 celebrations in our country: Xmas, CNY and Diwali (it was for somebody's assignment). We're supposed to ask random people in public, but we were just too lazy to do so. :p Guess how we did? I was interviewer while 2 of them became the interviewees by impersonating 9 people with different races, slangs and ages. It's hilarious when we listened back to the recording. They reminded me of Jozan. Lol.

By the way, I have something interesting to share with you. I'm not sure if you find it interesting too, I got this from an email, and I need your opinions about it. Here we go:

So, what say you?

We Own the Night

The closer it gets to end of year, the busier I become. It seems like everything demands to happen all at once, then I get exhausted for juggling from one thing to another. But I like it, I love doing things and get busy, even I stress out sometimes. But it's better than nothing, better than monotonous days. Besides, I'm not an indoor type, I can't stand spending the whole week without going out.

Anyway, I went to prom last Friday night. It's an annual dinner of my faculty, as known as Aims Night, held at Nexus Karambunai Ballroom. The theme of the night was Hollywood Walk of Fame. So I came up with Nichii ruffled black dress, red scarf, glittered clutch and wedges. I'm not sure if it suited the theme but I just wanted to go neat and simple.

heeee..... ^_^

No one goes to prom alone. Of course, I came with Ifo. ^^
We sat at the same table with my friends; Nelly and her boyfriend (Edone - which is also Ifo's cousin), Fiza, Lizzie, Constance, Izzaz (who turned out to be the Prom King), Voon and Ramesh. Let's just say that our table was so 1 Malaysia and really fun. I had splendid moments sitting and enjoying the meals with them. We talked, laughed and took a lot of pictures. Wicked!

with friends

the whole batch ^^

The meals were great too. We had crab meat with sweet corn soup, Thai style deep fried fish, roasted chicken, fried prawns with orange salad sauce (my favorite), braised bean curd with broccoli, stir fried tong chow rice, and ice longan tofu delight.

I guess it's the last prom I attended for my degree study in UMS. It's so wonderful to meet everyone who looked so gorgeous, glam and elegant. We owned the night. ^^

hey hey ;)

What I'd Do if I weren't Afraid

  • Write into publications.
  • Sign up for theater audition.
  • Buy a ticket to Paris after graduation.
  • Tell my parents what exactly I want to be in future.
  • Tell Ifo that I've got a crush on Nick Fadden.
  • Call my best friend to tell how much I miss the way we used to be.
  • Cry when I need to cry.
  • Learn fashion design and be like Jane Quimby.
  • Throw a slumber party at my place.
  • Travel alone.

So those are sort of things that I'd do if I weren't afraid. How about you? Come on, let's tell the world. Kindly paste the image above and list down the things you would do if you weren't afraid. Just for fun. Anyone of you, especially those from The Awesomes list. ^^

The Best Way to Shake Off Stress

We've heard about many typical ways to manage stress. How many of us do really put them into practice? Well, exercising is actually the perfect way to release stress. And I've found some simple and cute steps of stress-releasing exercise. Let's do this.

Step 1
Of course, breathe...inhale, exhale..

Step 2
Relax your neck and shoulders by doing this:

Step 3
Swing your arms and strike a pose!

Step 4
Move your body to the right, then to the left.

Step 5
Move again to the left and right again. Yeah that's right.

Step 6
Swing your arms lightly like you're going to fly without troubles.

Step 7
Shake your body a little bit, you know, to shake off the problems.

Step 8
Be aggressive! Throw your body away like nobody's watching. You can jump if you want.

Step 9
Turn your head around..

Step 10
Grab somebody and loosen up together. It'd be nice if you turn up music.

Step 11
Dance like Hawaiian hula girls.

Step 12
Last but not least, raise your hand up to sky and say "I am awesome!".

LOL. You can try these steps at home, office or anywhere. I hope you'll be free from any kind of stress. Heeeee......
Good luck, be happy and have a great weekend! ^^
